Our story · Established 2024

It started
with a coffee cup.

I wanted a mug that communicated my faith and kept my coffee warm. There were so many designs and products I wanted but couldn’t find. So we started making them.

Our family found beauty, truth, and a sense of home in the Orthodox Church. Making these pieces became a way to bring that faith into ordinary life, and to build a family business around what matters to us.

We began selling on Etsy as NIKA Colorado. Today, as NIKA Supply Co., we also employ a friend from our parish to help with production. Everything you receive from us is made by Orthodox Christians, with attention to detail and a desire to make something that lasts and brings joy to the home.

From our family and parish community to yours.

“I had a handmade set when I was younger, but I placed it in my grandfather's casket during his services. I have been looking for a replacement set since then and this was the one I chose. Great quality, sturdy build, and very much like the idea it was purchased from a family owned business. Very easy transaction and item was received promptly. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks!”

“I decided to give komboskini to my entire Sunday School class this year for our St. Nicholas Day celebration , and so I placed a large order right at the busiest time of the year. The owner got in touch with me right away and made sure to have every detail right (all the kids got their favorite colored stone). She even put sweet little name tags on the little gift bags, which was a huge help to me. All the kids were delighted to get their own prayer rope (tucked into their shoe secretly during class) and I got compliments from the parents, too. I was super impressed with how beautifully everything turned out. I really love the size and number of beads, and the stretch in the band is helpful, especially with little wrists. I would definitely order from this company again.”

“If I could give six stars for customer service and shipping, I would. Seller saw my gift teaser note saying I wasn't sure if it would arrive on time for my Godson's birthday and made sure to ship early and get it to a further locale that shipped faster, and all that for a sale that cost less than $10! She let me know in a sweet note that left me feeling surprised by the care with which she treated my little gift. Then i found outfrom my Godson's mom that she threw in an extra gift. Sturdy and good quality. My godson carried them in his pockets to church. They're a nice size for his little hands! I will look for opportunities to buy from her again!”
